Fuyi Group spins, weaves, dyes and sews its own uniform fabric — then turns it into scrub programs for distributors, clinics and private-label brands; the group reports customers in around 80 countries and regions. Eighty styles are in production today: sets, joggers, printed tops and jumpsuits on eight fabric platforms, with a 50-set standard MOQ — samples take 7 days on standard styles and 10–15 days on printed styles.

The fabric system — eight platforms

Scrub programs fail on fabric, so the range is organised by fabric first. The platform for each style is written into that style's order specification and confirmed on the sample before bulk.

Poly Stretch
94% Polyester / 6% Elastomultiester
170 GSM · Plain weave

The core workhorse of the TS range: four-way stretch with anti-static and water-repellent finishing, stocked in the full core colour range for ready-to-ship programs.

Poly Rayon 4-Way Stretch
72% Polyester / 21% Rayon / 7% Elastane
200 GSM · 2/1 twill

The premium hand-feel line. Rayon adds drape and a softer skin feel; used on the Phillip top, Lucy and Track pants, Alivia, Evelyn & Elena, Virtis & Trey and Capable & Energize sets.

Micro Fiber Stretch
96% Polyester / 4% Elastane
150 GSM · Plain weave

The digital-print base cloth of the Print Series — smooth face for sharp print definition on printed scrub tops and themed designs.

Poly Cotton
65% Polyester / 35% Cotton
150 GSM (180 GSM option) · 2/1 twill

The institutional classic: cotton content for breathability, polyester for shape retention and colour hold across long uniform programs.

Micro-Tech Stretch
100% Micro Fibre Polyester
140 GSM · 2/1 twill

The lightest fabric in the system, used on the Elvis top and Ava / Yucca pants — built for long shifts where garment weight matters.

Cotton Rich Stretch
53% Cotton / 45% Polyester / 2% Elastomultiester
160 GSM · Plain weave

Cotton-majority comfort with a small stretch component; positioned for clinics and care settings that specify natural-fibre content.

Micro Fiber Tricot
99% Polyester / 1% Conductive Yarn
210 GSM · Tricot knit

A knitted option with a conductive yarn component, used where an anti-static garment brief is part of the specification.

Cobeni™
92% Polyester / 7% Cotton / 1% Conductive Yarn
220 GSM · Twill

The heaviest scrub fabric in the range — a structured, durable cloth for high-wear departments and anti-static requirements.

The core colour range, dyed to one standard

The core colours below are dyed inside the group's own chain to a single factory colour standard. That standard is a working document, not a slogan: order by the factory's colour name, approve the sample or strike-off for your order, and the bulk for that order is produced and checked against both. It is the per-order discipline that makes department colour-coding work.
